Loews Minneapolis Hotel

All the staff were courteous, professional & friendly. The hotel felt exceptionally fancy, like i should have paid more to stay there than I did. The room was great - it felt cleaner than any hotels I have stayed at in the last 10 years (i don't travel/stay at hotels often). I wish i could have used the bar but I had been awake for 18+ hrs by the time the concert was over, so maybe next time. Will definitely book here again next time I'm in downtown Minneapolis. On a different note, I had looked at other hotels in the areas where I was more familiar (I lived in the cities area for almost 9 years) but I still couldn't beat the price, location & amenities that The Loft provided. Nothing like leaving a concert and being able to just walk across the street and be in your room in minutes.

The staff was amazing! Once we arrived we realized we were very far from the concert venue we had traveled to Minneapolis for. The front desk and valet were wonderful. They made arrangements for transportation for us. Not only did they get us transportation, they arranged drop off and pick up at the front door. Perfect way to attend. No worrying about finding an uber.

Amazing location for First Avenue. Bit swamped by the crowds for the Target Center though. But noise wasn't an issue. Staff friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel ideally placed in downtown close to bars, entertainment and shopping (or at least an American idea of downtown shopping). Thanks to Booking.com we were upgraded to a lovely corner room on the 17th floor- which is probably affecting my judgement of the hotel. However I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, even if you don't end up on the 17th floor.

The room was super clean and every staff member was friendly and efficient! We were lucky enough to have time to eat breakfast in the hotel the next morning. The food was delicious and our waiter was amazing...he gave us many opportunities to learn more about downtown Minneapolis and treated us to his delightful sense of humor!! Parking under the hotel was super convenient and we were able to walk to every event we had planned, saving us Uber fees. I would definitely stay here again.
